Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.
YOUR CONTRACT
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, that delivery will take longer than the stated time, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us unless you confirm in writing that you accept the changes.
If the goods are not available, we reserve the right to supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Orders can be placed online, by telephone, post or e-mail. Please refer to our FAQ section for full, step by step details on how to place an online order.
DELIVERY
Please refer to our Shipping & Handling page on our website for full, up to date details of how we calculate our delivery charges. Delivery charges will be automatically calculated for you at the Checkout stage and clearly shown before you commit to completing your order.
Anticipated delivery times are stated on each item above the Add to Cart button. Where delivery is likely to exceed the stated time, this will be advised prior to confirmation of acceptance of your order.
In the unlikely event that the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours. All goods are sent using a trackable delivery method and will require a signature upon receipt.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
You can cancel your contract and return the goods for a refund at any time up to 7 days after the date of delivery. To do this, please e-mail or write to us as cancellations must be received in writing before they will be accepted. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense, and must ensure they are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value. This includes, but is not limited to smoke or perfume odours, deodorant marks and damage caused whilst trying the garment on.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights, for example if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with the goods, please contact us by e-mail or in writing and we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
