Postage and Packing

UK Services:

Option 1. For UK deliveries (including BFPO and Channel Island addresses) the vast majority of parcels will incur a flat charge of £4.50 to cover postage and packing. Very small parcels* are charged at £1.95 and large parcels** are charged at £8.50. We usually send all parcels by first class recorded delivery which carries insurance up to £39.

Option 2. You can also select a service that carries insurance up to the full value of your order or a maximum of £500. This will usually incur a charge of £7.50 (£5.95 for very small parcels* or £15.00 for very large parcels**). We usually use Royal Mail Special Delivery but reserve the right to use an alternative carrier.

Overseas Services:

For European deliveries we charge £7.50 for parcels up to 1kg, £10.95 for parcels 1-2kg and £20 for parcels 2-4kg. For Worldwide delivery we charge £10.95 for parcels up to 1kg, £16.95 for 1-2kg and £28 for 2-4kg. We reserve the right to increase this amount by prior agreement if the actual postage cost would far exceed this sum. Packages sent outside the UK will usually be sent "International Signed For" so that they can be tracked and proof of delivery obtained. This service carries insurance up to £39.

If any item is returned to us undelivered or uncollected you will be responsible for any postage charges arising from its re-sending.

IMPORTANT NOTE!

Please be aware of the insurance levels when selecting your postage choice as we cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit.

* A small parcel weighs up to 250g, an example would be a single item such as tights, socks, sashes or gloves.

** A very large parcel weighs over 2kg, an example would be 3-4 or more dresses or capes.
