Our standard delivery service is Parcelpost. This is not a guaranteed service and is not trackable. Delivery takes around 3-5 working days following despatch. The contents are insured up to a maximum of £41.
UK First Class Recorded is not a guaranteed service, but is trackable service after delivery has been attempted, and is insured up to a maximum of £46 or the value of the order, whichever is lower. Delivery is usually within 1-2 working days following despatch.
UK Special Delivery is sent using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery and is insured up to the full order value or £500, whichever is lower. Delivery is guaranteed before 1pm the day after despatch.
EU and Worldwide Standard delivery items are sent Airmail Small Packets. This is not tracked and is insured up to £46. For an additional price of £4.95 within the EU and £7.50 outside the EU we offer International Signed For which is a tracked service with insurance up to the order value or £500, whichever is the lowest. Delivery is generally between 5 and 7 working days but varies by destination.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
Please be aware of insurance levels when selecting your postage choice as we cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit.
If any item is returned to us undelivered or uncollected you will be responsible for any postage charges arising from its re-sending.
The price you pay is for a single delivery to one address, if you wish items to be sent separately to one or more addresses or at different times, then additional charges may be payable at our discretion.
Most items are packaged in industry-standard postal bags to keep the weight as low as possible while protecting them during transit. Boxes will sometimes be used for delicate items and shoes. If you require special packaging, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss this.
